Registrar Job Summary:  
Coordinate and support healthcare planning and development activities for all Unitek College healthcare programs while interfacing with students to ensure smooth and successful delivery outcomes.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Create and update reports in Campus Vue.
  2. Create and maintain confidential student files.
  3. Maintain department database records.
  4. Administer admissions testing for prospective students.
  5. Communicate important and necessary information by written and or verbal means to and from students, faculty and other Unitek staff as assigned.
  6. Supervises and coordinates preparation of materials for programs including, but not limited to, inventorying, ordering and securing of instructional materials, textbooks, book cases, articles and other miscellaneous supplies, coordinating assembly of notebooks of coursework and materials, and monitoring and storing surplus supplies.
  7. Assist students with state and licensing application requirements
  8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary related to the Registrar Department.
 
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field.
  • College degree preferred.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, preferably, experience with contact databases, i.e., MSCRM preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 55 WPM
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with individuals of diverse socio-economic and multi-cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently, without constant supervision 
  • Must possess superb people and presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to adapt quickly, be an effective team player, and have excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
 
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • No or very limited physical effort required.
