Recruiting Coordinator:
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Functions as a specialist in sourcing.
  • Builds candidate pools by leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques (i.e., internet sourcing/research, job fairs, networking, marketing campaigns, etc.) to build robust pipelines of qualified talent.
  • Posting, maintaining and refreshing job postings for academic and non-faculty positions.
  • Captures, analyzes, builds and maintains data in CRM system.
  • Document ongoing activity in various databases in the applicant tracking system.
  • Advises full cycle recruiters in candidate selection based on candidates presented for consideration.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of job market, current economic trends, and talent available for multi-incumbent roles assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Passion for employee engagement and culture.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail & time management skills.
  • Experience sourcing 1-2 years
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and eager to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internet savvy and experienced in use of online and in-house databases.
  • Demonstrable experience in a variety of candidate sourcing techniques (which include, but are not limited to, Boolean searching of resume databases, advanced Google search, etc.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting in Education Sector/Sales/Training preferred
  • Experience in handling Recruitment process through ADP/Taleo or any other HRIS database is a plus
Education: Min Associates Degree
