We are seeking a strong leader for the Admissions Department. We have an opening for a Regional Director for our Hayward Campus. As a Senior Director of Admissions you will be responsible for overseeing the Admissions teams of the campuses assigned in the region of operation. 

 
Responsible for developing a tactical approach to Admissions enrollment training and development, providing guidance and leadership to meet and/or exceed individual and region-specific budgets, assisting with overall territory management, and managing day-to-day production, activity, and general morale. Implements student enrollment strategies and the management of resources in order to meet performance expectations.  Review plans, provide feedback, conduct weekly calls and training, and partner with regional operations as well as Compliance Department to monitor compliance. Ensure that campuses are functioning at optimal levels for the company’s students and will make a difference in the lives of many.

‚ÄčOther responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage day-to-day performance of the region’s admissions teams and support positive student experience utilizing company initiatives.
  • Ensure that Directors of Admissions adhere to processes, procedures, and compliance policies through campus visits and weekly conference calls
  • Provide tactical guidance, assistance, and leadership to support regional/divisional admissions operations objectives and goals
  • Partner with executive team to ensure implementation and follow up on initiatives
  • Cascade company initiatives down to the campus and field level
  • Review monthly/quarterly/yearly regional marketing plans and provide feedback and directives to Directors
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • Proprietary admissions management experience required
  • Minimum 3 years Director of Admissions experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, prospecting software
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours’ necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
